Early access

Help build it while it is still wrong.

YellowUnit is being built with owners, managers and vendors who run real rentals, before public launch. The useful thing you can send us is not a feature request — it is the part of your week that keeps breaking.

What to tell us

Four lines is a complete message.

There is no form to fill in, because a form would make you guess what we want to hear. Answer whatever of this you feel like answering.

  • How many properties you own or manage today
  • Which part of the loop hurts most — leasing, maintenance, money or documents
  • What you run it on right now, spreadsheet included
  • Whether you manage them yourself or work with a company

What happens next

You write, a person reads
No drip sequence and no sales cadence. Early access is a conversation about where the product is wrong.
We tell you what is not ready
Before you bring a property in, you get the honest split between what runs on a database and what is still a prototype.
One property is enough
There is no minimum portfolio and no onboarding fee. If the first unit does not earn its keep, there is nothing to unwind.
Start the conversation

Built for the US rental operations market. Nothing you send is added to a marketing list.

Who it is for

Four kinds of message we want.

If you sit in more than one of these at once, say so — that overlap is the reason one account carries every role.

Owners

From one unit upward. Especially if every platform you looked at was priced for a portfolio you do not have.

Managers

If your morning starts by reconstructing yesterday out of texts, calls and memory, you are exactly who this is being built with.

Vendors

If you are tired of arriving at a job with a vague text as your brief. It costs you nothing, now or later.

Tenants

You cannot bring a building in yourself, but tell us who manages it. A tenant asking is a signal we listen to.
